A. No. When you start there is no contact with others so don’t worry. Of course you might take a few bumps here or there as you progress further but remember it is martial arts and self defence, we’re not baking cakes! However you’re more likely to injure yourself twisting your ankle on the dancefloor! (Usain Bolt 6 months before Rio Olympics!)
A. Pretty much any age from 4 – 74 years old. We have specialist classes for all ages and abilities. You’re never too old to get started!
A. You don’t have to be fit to get fit. We have classes for all levels of fitness and you can work at your own pace. Hardest part is getting started, you’ve just got to do it! You can try it out for FREE with us too!

A. Of course! Everyone is welcome. Most people come alone first but if you are bringing someone else just make sure you let us know. If it’s a friend under 18, their parents also must attend. Remember though, if you want to do it then just do it!
A. We recommend twice a week but you can come less or more if that suits your lifestyle better!
