Martial arts has something special to offer all ages, this age group in particular can gain life skills and values that will set them up for the future and give them the edge from the rest. From our own personal experience, our classes will improve your child’s confidence, concentration and discipline. Not to mention the great health and physical fitness benefits they will gain.

We follow a unique cross training martial arts syllabus that gives all the children personal attention during class time and allows all the children to progress at their own pace. We understand children may prefer to be part of a team or gain the skills as an individual player, our class will offer both. Having specialist experience teaching children with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and attention deficit disorders, everyone is welcome and treated as an equal.

Our goal is to ensure children have fun and look forward to coming to class, while learning the important life skills and values and developing the attributes to make them great martial artists.

Family training

Taking classes as a family is a great experience and a rewarding one too. Parents can set a great example by training alongside their children, and children will have even stronger role models with their parents to look up to.
Our family classes offer the same great benefits as the Junior and Adult programmes all rolled into one.

You can take part together as beginners, progress into the cross training and train towards Black Belts all as a family!

Adults 13+

Kickboxing is a great way for beginners to get started. It’s one of the best all body workouts, so great for fitness, weight loss and toning up.
There is no heavy contact when you start and you can work at your own pace.
